Rates subject to 21% tax (16% VAT and 5% lodging tax) plus USD 2.79 environmental tax per room per night.
Additional person in room, US$ 33.31 plus taxes per person per night (maximum 2)
VISA and MCARD credit cards are accepted at the Hotel.

Payments and Deposits

FLEXIBLE RATES
From Jan 3th to Dec 23th including Easter and Holy Week:

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of stay, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking; and is refundable until check in.
Balance of 70% will be paid at the day of check in.

SEMI-FLEXIBLE RATES
From Jan 3th to Dec 23th including Easter and Holy Week:

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of stay, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking.
Balance of 70% will be paid at the day of check in.

NON – REFUNDABLE RATES

All non-refundable reservations require full prepayment, including taxes, at time of booking.

Flexible rates

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of stay, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking.
Balance of 70% of the stay will be charged at 31 days prior to date of arrival.
Reservations made 30 days prior or less to arrival require full prepayment, including taxes.

Semi-Flexible rates

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of stay, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking.
Balance of 70% of the stay will be charged at 61 days prior to date of arrival.
Reservations made 60 days prior or less to arrival require full prepayment, including taxes.

WEDDING GROUP RESERVATIONS

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of stay, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking.
Balance of 50% of the stay will be charged at 65 days prior to date of arrival.
Rates based on double occupancy (2 persons), additional persons this depends if the room category allows additional persons; applies an additional cost of US$33.31 plus taxes per person per night at check in.

FLEXIBLE RATES

Free cancellation without penalty fees until the day of Check-In.
A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required, refundable until the day of check-in.

SEMI FLEXIBLE RATES

Cancellations received 31 days prior to date of arrival, 30% deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to date of arrival, 30% deposit becomes non-refundable and will be charged as penalty.

NON- REFUNDABLE RATES

The full prepayment, including taxes will be applied without option of refund for the period covered and the room will be released on cancellation date.

Flexible rates

31 days prior to arrival reservation may be cancelled and deposit is refundable.
30 days prior or less, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and a 100% penalty applies in case of cancellation or no show.

Semi-Flexible rates

61 days prior to arrival reservation may be cancelled and deposit is refundable.
60 days prior or less, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and a 100% penalty applies in case of cancellation or no show.

WEDDING GROUP CANCELLATIONS

Room reservations for wedding groups will be fully refundable up to 3 months before the event.
Between 90 and 65 days before, a fine of 50% will be applied
Less than 65 days, the reservation will pass as non-refundable and a 100% penalty will be applied.

Any modification is subject to availability. In case there is a difference in the rate, it must be covered by the client.
Under no circumstance should a new rate be lower will the hotel reimburse or apply credits.
The cancellation policy applies according to the initial date of purchase.
In case of no show the deposit will be applied without option of refund for the period covered and the room will be released the morning after check-in date unless guest contacts hotel to indicate otherwise.
Any early departure does not generate any refund or liability for the hotel.

Additional person or children 6 years and older applies an additional cost of US$33.31 plus taxes per person per night, sharing existing beds. This depends if the room category allows additional persons.
Maximum occupancy per room where permitted: 4 adults, 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.
